My kids do not like to wear socks. It is fine in the summer time. However, in the winter, they don’t want to do it. It makes it easy, because they don’t have to search for socks. I had to convince them to wears socks so their feet won’t stink and their shoes don’t stink.
Logic worked on my children. They need boundaries. I think that they should wear socks. I want them to be polished or put the finishing touches on their wardrobes. I like shoes. I have lots of shoes.
I don’t want to get lots of shoes for my kids because they made them stink. There seems to be a lack of wanting to be presentable with kids. Some days it is ok. If they are in the park and want to run around in the mud. Not at the restaurant or at school.
We have rules and regulations at our house. I like to let them have fun, however, I want the best for them. I want them to have some decorum.
When they reach my age, maybe they will want as many shoes as I have. Maybe the won’t. I just want them to have some self-respect.
