I took a bath, and wanted to crawl into bed. However, I knew there were things that had to get done. I know I want to accomplish something. A little effort every day. Then, I saw the post in a group that I belong to. Do a little more. You may not feel like doing something. However, if you do, you may feel like doing a little more. Then, you feel a sense of accomplishment. You also feel a sense of self worth. You did what you set out to do.
There are some days when I do not want to do anything. However, if I do something, then I feel better. Procrastination is not perfection. That is something I learned at a workshop that I attended. The workshop included some high achievers. They are a great group of people, who push each other to do more. Even if you don’t feel like doing something, do it. Do a little more. You won’t be sorry. You will feel less stressed. Sometimes, just thinking about everything that needs to get done, can stress us out.
