When the sun was out, I felt it shine through the window. The heat on face felt great. I am reminded of this. There was time when I did not think I would be alive to feel the sun on my face. You never know what can happen to you once you go in for surgery.
I have been trying to live for the moment. It is not always easy. There can be moments of regret and moments of wishes that bubble up. However, if I stay in the moment, I do not think of either the past or the future. I have to change my personal thoughts when I am working on something. When I do not worry and focus on the task in front of me, I can accomplish so much more.
I will flourish if I continue to do this. I have a lot planned this year. I won’t go into detail. I will let it unfold. I am determined to get better and flourish this year. I am not going to let the same old thoughts hold me back. I think that kids flourish because they are only considering what is in front of them.
