When you are in an unfamiliar environment or situation, you may breath harder, and your nerves might tense up. Especially, if your life is in danger.
We don’t take breathing for granted. It is something that is automatic. Our subconscious mind takes that on. When going in the ocean a diver takes tanks with them so that they can breath under water.
A fish has gills. It is able to breath under water. When we are complacent in our environment, we don’t think about what we need, it is sometimes taken for granted. When we are conscious of what we want and need we can undertake anything. We just have to take our oxygen with us. Being prepared in life is what matter most.
How do you prepare yourself for life? You have to get your mind right. Like your lungs need oxygen, you need to have good information in your life.
