My youngest daughter loves stickers. I made special stickers for the kids. She wanted to put them on her folder for school, so she used other stickers to stick them. However, with the wear and tear of putting her folder into her backpack, it would be inevitable that she would lose those stickers.
Her little brain was looking for some type of solution. She knew she wanted to keep them in her folder in a certain spot. She took some of the packaging tape and stuck those special stickers from me in her folder.
I did not prompt her to do this. I let them find solutions to some problems. I let them figure out what they are going to do. I try not to rush in and help them solve problems. If I were to do that, they would not be able to stick with a resolution to their problems.
