I am not working today. I am grateful, that I don’t have to work on the weekends today. My kids don’t realize how lucky they are to be able to explore whatever they desire at this time, before they have to think about working for themselves or someone else.
I am grateful that I don’t have to work outside. There are paths that we choose. We must choose them wisely. If we take one path, we may be too far into that path to change it. We may realize that something is not working.
Not working at all is not an option for some. There are other who have designed their lives, so that they work when they want to work. Only when they want to work. Working under circumstances that are unbearable is no fun. Maybe you can’t change a position right now. You may be able to change how you see the position you are in. When you are a parent there is no such thing as being passive in the lives of your children. Starting something new is not an option. Facing something that is not working and making it work for you, may be an option. Only you get to decide when it comes to your children.
