I started out looking for inspiration on doing better on Facebook. It is not the best place to find inspiration. However, there is a lot of positive posts in my feed from time to time. I know I need to dig deep and find more information. I want to be the best I can be so my kids can be the best they can be. A friend posted about her college aged daughter achieving accolades for her hard work. Another friend noted that her daughter was a fantastic athlete. Then I realized I was comparing myself to them. If I want my kids to be the best they can be, I have to see what makes them come alive, and not worry about anyone else’s kids.
